The Roy is the only boutique medium density property project in the leafy Melbourne suburb of Glenroy. With a community of tenants and owner occupiers, this development managed by District One Property Group, is in a superior location, only 13kms from the CBD in a capital growth suburb.
ideapro were approached to initially develop a brand identity for The Roy, a high end property development, located at 85 Chapman Avenue, Glenroy. Our core themes centred around a modern & contemporary feel, sharp, clean architectural lines and urban living. The client selected the concept which included a geometric stylised typeface that portrays the architectural lines of the development and the modern urban feel of the suburb of Glenroy. The graphical element of a compass rose was designed to complement the tagline: The Pulse of Melbourne’s True North.
Following the identity design, we went on to create the marketing and sales collateral for this 26 dwelling development. Our brief was to create a luxe high end digital brochure suitable to reflect the qualities of The Roy, as a lifestyle driven, high quality build, backed by an experienced architect, builder and development team.
The 37 page catalogue document takes an in depth look at the suburb of Glenroy and it’s cultural diversity, a history of the area, an emerging cosmopolitan lifestyle, desirable city skyline views, proximity to the CBD with an insight into a gentrified community. High quality professional images of the development give a sneak peek of the timeless colour schemes with stunning interiors and facades. A detailed amenities map highlighting key landmarks and places of interest was also drawn and included as a graphical representation to the client’s specifications.
An “Inclusions” document was then produced to highlight all the quality fittings, fixtures and features available throughout the property of interest to investors, owner occupiers and tenants alike.
