AkzoNobel, a leading global paints and coatings company and a major producer of specialty chemicals, launched two training programs, Management Essentials and Advanced Management, for first and second line managers. The aim of the training was to give all managers the fundamental skills necessary for the ‘people’ side of management.
We were required to print, supply and collate the training contents inserted into ring binder training manuals, in a ready to use format.
