Aquatics & Recreation Victoria (ARV) is Victoria’s peak industry body for aquatics and recreation and develops relationships with a range of partners including local government, the aquatics, recreation, commercial, health and government sectors. Annually they conduct a variety of events, including the ARV Industry Conference which focuses on a current theme applicable to industry.
For the 2017 conference, ideapro was presented with the conference theme ‘Working Together For A Better Industry’ where possible concepts were researched, brainstormed and developed. The final approved concept, a play on words infusing the ARV lettering into the theme, in the client’s corporate colours, represented the commitment that ARV has together with its constituents in working together for a better industry. Images also reflected the diversity and scope of health, fitness and aquatic industries that are supported within the association.
This concept was then applied to an 8 page A4 sponsorship proposal document, a 2 page A4 delegate brochure, a 2 page conference schedule and web banner. The collateral was used to promote the event for attendance, encourage sponsorship and inform the various stakeholders of the conference theme.
